Can I check my baby's development with statistical analysis function?

The main point of the statistical function is based on the fact that the age of 0~3 years is a period of rapid change in body development and biometric information.
You can see the 5 measurement information of safety management for up to 8 weeks on a weekly basis, so you can see the trend of 5 types of information occurring in your baby's life.
Based on the statistical data collected over a long period of time and the monthly (0-23 months) heart rate big data, you can estimate the development of the body by comparing the weekly heart rate measurement information of your baby with the statistical data.
Heart rate is a very important piece of information about your baby's development.
You can easily compare weekly baby measurements with the average distribution of heart rate for each age-in-month in a graph.
It also provides an assessment which compares your baby's heart rates with those of the same age-in-month.

Will the statistics function be provided for free in the future as well?

Yes, we will provide it for free in the future as well.
We create statistical data by aggregating information measured at short intervals every moment, and provide information according to customer's request.
However, as we aggregate and store them in the most efficient way, we will provide it for free in the future as well.

Can the band be charged with the mobile phone's rechargeable battery?

Q) The band does not be charged more than 30% even after 2 hours of charging with the battery that charges the phone.
A1) It is recommended to use the genuine adapter which is supplied with the product.
A2) Charging gauge indication and charge-learning function
Even if it is fully charged using the genuine adapter, it may not be displayed as fully charged.
In this case, if the battery is charged by repeating full charge and full discharge once or twice for charge-learning, the charge gauge will work correctly.
(Please refer to the charging precautions in the manual: When using the battery for the first time, it is very helpful for charge-learning if you use it after fully charging the battery.)

Doesn't your baby get heat rashes on the skin wearing straps in summer?

As the skin contact of the band strap is made of Tencel material, it maintains a soft fit.
Also, in summer, you can let your baby wear it alternately from left ankle to right ankle every 3-4 hours.

My baby weighs 2.3 kg, is it ok to use a small size(S)? Should I use XS?

Please select the strap by measuring the baby's actual ankle circumference (T1) and calf circumference (T2).
I think the XS size fits.
The XS of the T1 part (strap worn around the ankle) is 14.5cm long and the S size is 17cm long.
For the T2 part (strap worn on the upper side of the calf), XS size is 16cm long and S size is 21cm long.
The connector part is the same for XS and S.

When you purchase this product, 2 "straps" and 1 set of "power supply" (charging cradle, charging cable, power adapter) are included in the box.

How can I monitor where there is no WIFI?

Activate the mobile hotspot and tethering of your phone in a place where there is no WIFI (router),
and connect AIMON-Gateway to the WIFI of the mobile phone.
For emergencies, there is also a way to view monitoring information with just the paired phone.
If AIMON-Gateway and the mobile phone's bluetooth are connected, only the paired phone can view monitoring information.
In this case, the Gateway does not transmit data to the cloud server, so the shared phones connected to the cloud-server cannot see the baby monitoring information.

My husband and I created each one's ID, but it works with my husband's ID.

Q) Is only one ID per machine allowed? My husband and I created two IDs, but it works with my husband's ID.
A) Create 1 account in the cloud for 1 device (1 set of Gateway and Band).
(Even if you create multiple accounts on one device, you can only use the last account. The gateway will be disabled for previously created accounts).
If two people want to use it, please use the method of logging in with the same account information (ID, password). (This is the account sharing method.)

There is a difference between skin temperature and body temperature by a few degrees.

The part of the human body that measures skin temperature is different from the part that body temperature is measured.
The skin temperature specified on our products is an industry standard term used for healthcare bands.
Fitbit band also uses the word, skin temperature, which stipulates that it is different from body temperature and that there is a temperature difference depending on the skin's exposure environment.
Use the skin temperature to keep your baby warm.
Statistics suggest changes in skin temperature as high and low, and it is beneficial to use it as a change in baby's warmth.
The skin temperature is measured every 2 minutes.
In the case of skin temperature, similar to heart rate, it measures in a short cycle, and uses a method commonly used in the industry to determine the measured value every 2 minutes by taking several measurements.

What is the oxygen saturation and heart rate measurement interval and transmission interval?

1. (Measurement interval) Both heart rate and oxygen saturation are measured every 4 seconds.
2. (Transmission interval) The case of the caution range value and the case of the normal range value are handled differently.
- In case of caution value: If the measured value is out of the normal range set by the user, it is transmitted immediately after measurement to enable quick response to the caution value.
- In case of normal range: If the measured value is within the range of the normal value set by the user, there are two transmission period.
From birth to 1 year old, two measurements are collected every 4 seconds and transmitted once every 8 seconds.
From 1 year old to 3 years old, 3 measurements are collected every 4 seconds and transmitted once every 12 seconds.

Is there a time limit per day that my baby can wear?

There is no maximum time limit your baby can wear during the day.
The band can be worn by the baby except for the battery charging time.
In particular, for sleep analysis, it is recommended to wear it for at least 6 consecutive hours during sleep time.

How long is the warranty period?

AIMON band product warranty period is 1 year after purchase.
Among the components, the strap is a consumable item and comes with a 3-month warranty.
